I have told you about Kuldhara already in a article. This is a village located in the middle of the Thar Desert of Rajasthan, which is considered as Haunted Town. In this abandoned village is an 82-year-old gatekeeper (82-Year-Old Gatekeeper), who recently spoke to Humans of Bombay about the story of his first love. 

Kuldhara's gatekeeper said, "I was 30 when I first met Marina - she came to jaisalmer from  Australia." . He met Marina in Jaisalmer and during his five-day trip he taught her to ride a camel. The gatekeeper recalled that time, saying, 'It was love for both of us at first sight. 

Throughout the journey, we could not turn our eyes away from each other. 'Before she left for Australia, Marina confessed her feelings and called her' I love you '. However, the gatekeeper became completely silent on hearing Marina's confession. But he said that Marina had understood his silence. After moving back to Australia, the two kept in constant touch. They returned home. He married under family pressure and took up the job of gatekeeper of Kuldhara. He said, 'I kept thinking about Marina even later. Would she get married? Will I ever meet him. 'But I never dared to write him a letter.' He said, "With the passage of time, memories fade." His sons grew up and moved out, and two years ago, His wife died. Then he said, "... and here I was an 82-year-old man who was the gatekeeper of Bhutha village in India."

When he invited her to Australia, he took a loan of 30 thousand rupees and left Melbourne without telling the family. Where he stayed with Marina for three months. He described those three months as magical. But things got complicated when Marina asked him to marry her and settle with her in Australia.

He was not ready to leave India, while Marina was not ready to settle in India. So the two split up. The gatekeeper said- 'She cried a lot that day when we were both separated'. She thought that there could be no charisma, then 50 years later a letter from Marina came to her. He says, '50 years later, he found me.'

Kuladhara's gatekeeper says that he and Marina are calling each other every day and she is planning to come to India soon. He says, 'Marina told me that she is not married yet. जैसलमेर के एक सामान्य व्यक्ति से जुडी सच्ची कथा अब तेज़ी से दुनिया में वायरल हो रही है। फेसबुक पर तो यह चर्चित विषय हो गई है। राजस्थान (Rajasthan) के थार रेगिस्तान (Thar Desert) के बीच में स्थित कुलधरा (Kuldhara) गांव है, जिसे भुतहा गांव (Haunted Town) माना जाता है. इस परित्यक्त गांव में एक 82 वर्षीय गेटकीपर (82-Year-Old Gatekeeper) है, जिसने हाल ही में अपने पहले प्यार की कहानी के बारे में ह्यूमन्स ऑफ बॉम्बे से बात की। कुलधरा के गेटकीपर ने कहा, ‘जब मैं पहली बार मरीना से मिला था, तब मैं 30 साल का था – वह जैसलमेर से ऑस्ट्रेलिया आई थी.’उन्होंने कहा कि यह 1970 के दशक की बात है, जब वह यहां के गेटकीपर नहीं बने थे. उन्होंने जैसलमेर में मरीना से मुलाकात की और अपनी पांच दिवसीय यात्रा के दौरान उन्होंने उसे ऊंट की सवारी करना सिखाया। गेटकीपर ने उस वक्त की बात याद करते हुए कहा, ‘हम दोनों के लिए यह पहली नजर में प्यार था. पूरी यात्रा के दौरान, हम अपनी आंखें एक-दूसरे से दूर नहीं कर सकते थे.’ इससे पहले कि वह ऑस्ट्रेलिया के लिए रवाना होती, मरीना ने अपनी भावनाओं को कबूल किया और उसे ‘आई लव यू’ कहा. हालांकि मरीना के कबूलनामे को सुनकर द्वारपाल पूरी तरह से चुप हो गया. लेकिन उन्होंने कहा कि मरीना उसकी चुप्पी को समझ चुकी थी। ऑस्ट्रेलिया वापस जाने के बाद दोनों लगातार संपर्क में रहे।वो घर वापिस आ गया. उसने पारिवारिक दबाव में शादी की और कुलधरा के द्वारपाल की नौकरी कर ली. उन्होंने कहा, ‘मैं बाद में भी मरीना के बारे में ही सोचता रहा था. क्या उसने शादी कर ली होगी? क्या मैं कभी उससे मिल पाउंगा.’ लेकिन मैंने कभी उसे लेटर लिखने का साहस नहीं किया.’उन्होंने कहा, ‘समय बीतने के साथ, यादें फीकी पड़ गईं.’ उनके बेटे बड़े हो गए और बाहर चले गए, और दो साल पहले, उनकी पत्नी की मृत्यु हो गई. फिर उन्होंने कहा, ‘…और यहां मैं एक 82 वर्षीय व्यक्ति था, जो भारत के भुतहा गांव का द्वारपाल था.’

जब उसने उसे ऑस्ट्रेलिया में आमंत्रित किया, तो उसने 30 हजार रुपये का लोन लिया और परिवार को बिना बताए मेलबर्न निकल गया. जहां वो मरीना के साथ तीन महीने रहा. उन्होंने उन तीन महीने को जादुई बताया. लेकिन चीजें तब जटिल हो गईं जब मरीना ने उससे शादी करने और उसके साथ ऑस्ट्रेलिया में बसने के लिए कहा.

वह भारत छोड़ने के लिए तैयार नहीं था, वहीं मरीना भारत में बसने के लिए तैयार नहीं थी. इसलिए दोनों अलग हो गए. गेटकीपर बोला- ‘वो उस दिन खूब रोई, जब हम दोनों अलग हो रहे थे.’उन्होंने सोच लिया कि अब कोई करिश्मा नहीं हो सकता है, तो 50 साल बाद उनके पास मरीना का एक लेटर आया. वह कहते हैं, ’50 साल बाद, उसने मुझे ढूंढ निकाला.’

कुलधरा के द्वारपाल का कहना है कि वह और मरीना हर दिन एक दूसरे को फोन कर रहे हैं और वह जल्द ही भारत आने की योजना बना रही है. वो कहते हैं, ‘मरीना ने मुझे बताया कि उसने अभी तक शादी नहीं की है. मैं नहीं जानता कि भविष्य में क्या होगा. लेकिन पहला प्यार मेरी जिंदगी में वापिस आ गया है और रोज बात करता हूं. यह फीलिंग्स में बयां नहीं कर सकता हूं.’
