Pride of Rajasthan in "Jeeman" in London
The complexion of the people who came out of their homes on the land of whites captivated everyone. RAUK's annual event "Jeeman" in London saw the pride of Rajasthan, Pacharangi, the expatriate Rajasthani Meteor in the Safo of Bandhej, while the women were in traditional jewellery. Where are the children going to stay behind, they were also roaming around dressed in colorful clothes, as if they had found the treasure of belonging. Around 1000 people from all over the UK participated in this event. Out of which people came from different cities of UK such as Glasgow, Edinburgh, Liverpool, Leeds, Milton Keys, Birmingham, Colchester etc. People from many distance places also came to be part of the program to meet Ipon.
RUK's media in-charge Dilip Puglia and Indu Baroth said that this year Jeeman took place under the supervision of the coordinators of the program Alok and Ragini Choudhary. In which everyone did the work with all their heart and soul. For example, under the leadership of Rajiv Khichad and Pradeep Beda, all the guests are welcomed by applying tilak and sweetening their mouths with jaggery. Shipra and Aditya Singh took the responsibility of all the decorations, Aanchal and Rakhi ji took the responsibility of getting all the cultural performances done. At the same time, the experienced team of Rajiv Danga, Nandlal Jat and Ravi Kumar took care of the food. Apart from these, many other volunteers, taking care of the smallest details of the program, gave an important role in playing the danka of Rajasthan in London by serving wholeheartedly. The entire decoration of Jeeman was kept on the Shekhawati theme. In the very beginning, by applying tilak on the forehead, the sweetness of jaggery was received where people along with Khamaghani, Ram Ram and Jai Mataji were meeting each other, engaged in taking photographs in the traditional style.
Rajasthani Dance and Talwar Baazi
It was the life after Kovid-19, so people were lightening their minds by talking about the days spent in their happiness and sorrow. At the same time, there was a breakfast of kachori, samosas with ginger tea in the breakfast. Sutradhar Harendra told that how he is working to reach his heritage, his culture, through this program, to the Rajasthani class who are living away from their roots, told them that it is our duty that our father grandfather We must pass on the values given to us to our children so that our culture will remain progressive till eternity. Wife Kiran Agarwal, Sant Abhaydas Maharaj, Sant Mohan attended and gave their blessings. Chief Guest Anil Aggarwal assured that he will do all possible help to Rajasthani people in UK. He also told how he was happy to see the Rajasthani cultural performance by coming to this program. The guests who came to Jeeman, Dr. Manish and Dr. Archana, also expressed their happiness and told that they have been living here for 20 years, But for the first time he has become a part of such a typical Rajasthani program. Now every year she will be waiting for such a program, while barrister Jyoti Swami and Priyanka ji also told that if they got information about this program from their friends, then she too could not stop herself from coming. They are also very happy to see their culture listening to their mother tongue. The program started on the stage with various presentations by small children. This time the stage was conducted by the children in the program which was a different style. When Nishaba Jadeja showed her sword fighting skills after a vigorous performance by Rang Rangilo Group, people were left holding their teeth and fingers. Nishaba told that what is the meaning of Talwar Baazi from the point of view of a Rajputani and daughter. At the same time, Vivek Sharma captivated everyone with flute playing. Along with him, his daughter also stunned everyone by singing the song "Teri Ladki Main". With different types of dishes in the food, people go and talk about things, they will work as a booster throughout the year.
In this program, I had the privilege of listening to the blessings and hymns of Abhay Das, a saint of the soil of Mohan and Marwar. Simultaneously, Jeeman's annual magazine was also released in the hands of the Chief Guest. For this Jeeman magazine, Rishi Raj Singh and Srishti Bhati of RAUK included articles, poems etc. written by Rake living in UK. The most special was the Rajasthani dance performed by the volunteering team, for which there was a hooting of Once More Once More.
लंदन में “जीमण” में राजस्थान की शान
गोरों की धरती पर धोरों से निकले लोगों की रंगत ने सबका मन मोह लिया। लंदन में RAUK के वार्षिक कार्यक्रम “जीमण” में राजस्थान की शान पचरंगी, बँधेज के साफो में प्रवासी राजस्थानी मेट्यार, वहीं औरतें पारम्परिक आभूषण में थी। बच्चे भी कहाँ पीछे रहने वाले हैं वो भी रंगबिरगें कपडों में सजे धजे घूम रहे थे,उन्हें तो जैसे अपनेपन का खजाना ही मिल गया हो। इस जीमण में पूरे यूके से लगभग 1000 लोगो ने हिस्सा लिया। जिसमे से लोग UK की विभिन्न शहरो से जैसे कि ग्लासगो, एडिनबरा, लीवरपुल, लीड्स, मिल्टन कीज, बरमिंगम, कॉलचेस्टर आदि कई दूरी वाली जगह से भी लोग इपनों से मिलने कार्यक्रम का हिस्सा बनने आये थे।
आरयूके के मीडिया प्रभारी दिलीप पुगलिया व इन्दु बारोठ ने बताया की इस साल जीमण कार्यक्रम की तैयारी के समन्वयक आलोक और रागिनी चौधरी की देखरेख में हुई। जिसमें सबने अपना तन मन लगाकर कार्य को अंजाम दिया। जैसे की राजीव खीचड़ एंवम प्रदीप बेडा के नेतृत्व में सभी मेहमानो का तिलक लगा कर और गुड़ से मुँह मीठा कर स्वागत हु। शिप्रा एंवम आदित्य सिंह ने सारी साज सज्जा की जिम्मेदारी निभायी, आँचल एंवम राखी जी ने सभी सांस्कृतिक पर्फोर्मस को करवाने की जिम्मेदारी ली। वहीं राजीव डांगा, नन्दलाल जाट और रवि कुमार की अनुभवी टीम ने खाने की जिम्मेदारी निभायी। इनके अलावा और भी बहुत सारे वालंटियर्स ने कार्यक्रम की छोटी से छोटी चाजों का ध्यान रखते हुये पूरे मन से सेवा देकर लंदन में राजस्थान का डंका बजाने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका प्रदान की। जीमण की पूरी साज सजावट शेखावाटी थीम पर रखी गई थी। प्रारम्भ में ही माथे पर तिलक लगा कर,गुड़ की मिठास के साथ अगवानी हुई जहाँ लोग खमाघणी, राम राम और जय माताजी की के साथ लोग आपस में मिल रहे थे, पारम्परिक अन्दाज़ में फ़ोटो खिंचवाने में लगे हुये थे।इस कार्यक्रम में मोहन व मारवाड़ की मिट्टी के संत अभय दास का आशीर्वाद तथा भजन सुनने का सौभाग्य प्राप्त हुआ । साथ ही चीफ गेस्ट के हाथो जीमण की वार्षिक पत्रिका का भी विमोचन हुआ। इस जीमण पत्रिका के लिए RAUK के ऋषि राज सिंह एंवम सृष्टि भाटी ने UK में रहने वाले रके द्वारा लिखे गए आर्टिकल, कविता इत्यादि शामिल किये। सबसे स्पेशल वोलेंटियरिगं टीम द्वारा किया गया राजस्थानी नृत्य था, जिसके लिये वंस मोर वंस मोर की हूटिंग होने लगी थी।
