 Tourism: Sand Dunes and Tourism Fairs

Rajasthan state of India is rich in its culture and this special thing gives Rajasthan an important place on the world tourism map. In western Rajasthan there is a sand sea and it is here that all the activities and fairs related to tourism are organized. It can also be said that the tourism business also rests on these beautiful far-flung areas. There is a Camel Safari here, besides, the night stay in the sandy calm dunes also gives a lot to the tourists. Many tourists reach Rajasthan from across the seven seas to get a closer look at the rural culture near the sandy dunes.

Dunes in these districts

The golden yellow dunes of Jaisalmer, Jodhpur, Bikaner and Barmer of Rajasthan have always been centers of attraction. Although the Dunes in Jaisalmer is less, but the two big calm sandy dunes are so beautiful that they are the center of tourist attraction around the world. Hitech Desert Safari is also a major center of attraction on these areas for the last decade. Bikaner has many dunes, number of dunes is also high and many tourism related activities including Camel Safari are organized. But the bushes are more on these thrusts. There are no bushes in the areas on which tourism business takes place.

Increasing trend in camp

Camp trend is increasing rapidly in the sand dunes. Many tourists who reach Rajasthan love to spend their memorable evenings and nights in these dunes. Various events are arranged through large travel companies on these thrusts. Through these guides and agents, these companies involve tourists in the events organized in the dunes. Direct booking is also done by hotels and tourism professionals. This booking is for one day, three days or seven days. Here folk music, campfire, DJ party etc. are organized by the tourism companies.

     In Jaisalmer, it is 40 to 48 kilometers from the district headquarters, the Khudi and Sam  Dhore. The fun of spending the evening on the yellow golden soil is something else. Tourists arriving here feel close to nature. Similarly, there are many dunes in Bikaner which are spread over a range of 8 to 50 km. Among them, Bajrang Dhora 8 km, Balakiya Dhora 15 km, Raisar 16 km, Rasisar Deshnok 30 km, Ladera 45 katariyasar 48 km etc. Dunes is prominent. However, tourism related activities are organized only in Raisar, Ladera, Racisar, Pithrasar. Tourism activities also take place in Osian of Jodhpur. At present, the tourists are involved in the programs on the tracks, and they want to stay there for a few days.

Tours Fair and Dunes

Many tourism fairs in Rajasthan are organized on these sites. Various fairs are organized by the Tourism Department of the Government of Rajasthan in these sand seas. These include Desert Festival of Jaisalmer, Camel Festival of Bikaner etc. The name of Rajasthan is included in the world tourism map because of the various programs on the sand docks. The instruments of folk artists of Rajasthan and their singing on these tracks fascinate the tourists. Apart from this, many competitions related to camels and horses are also organized on the cows.

Many Bollywood films have been shot on these rocks made of sand clay, which was a hit in its time. Among the Hindi films that were shot in Sand Salamander in Rajasthan include Reshma and Shera, Sehra, Laila Majnu, Razia Sultan, Gadar, Eklavya, Border, Soldier, Soutan. How did these dhores spread far and wide in Rajasthan? The answer is that once upon a time there used to be the Tethys Ocean, according to the scientists it dried up in the course of time and the dhore came into existence instead.

पर्यटन : रेत के समन्दर और पर्यटन मेले

भारत का राजस्थान राज्य अपनी संस्कृति के लिहाज से धनी है और यही विशेष बात राजस्थान को विश्व पर्यटन मानचित्र पर अहम स्थान दिलवाती है। पश्चिमी राजस्थान में रेत के समन्दर है और यहीं पर पर्यटन से जुड़ी सभी गतिविधियों और मेलों का आयोजन होता है।  यह भी कहा जा सकता है कि पर्यटन व्यवसाय भी इन खूबसूरत दूर तक फैले धोरों पर ही टिका है। यहां कैमल सफारी तो होती ही है, इसके अलावा धोरों में रात्रिकालीन ठहराव भी पर्यटकों को खूब रास आता है।  धोरों के पास ग्रामीण संस्कृति को नजदीक से देखने की चाह लिए अनेक पर्यटक सात समन्दर पार से राजस्थान पहुंचते हैं। 

इन जिलों में है धोरे

राजस्थान के जैसलमेर, जोधपुर, बीकानेर और बाड़मेर के स्वर्णिम पीले रंग के धोरे आकर्षण का केन्द्र हमेशा से रहे हैं। जैसलमेर में हालांकि धोरे कम है, लेकिन वहां के दो बड़े धोरे इतने खूबसूरत है कि वे विश्वभर में पर्यटकों के आकर्षण का केन्द्र है। पिछले एक दशक से इन धोरों पर हाइटेक डेजर्ट सफारी भी आकर्षण का एक बड़ा केन्द्र है। बीकानेर में अनेक धोरे है, यहां धोरों की संख्या भी अधिक है और कैमल सफारी सहित अनेक पर्यटन संबंधी गतिविधियों का आयोजन होता है। लेकिन इन धोरों पर झाडिय़ंा अधिक है। जिन धोरों पर पर्यटन व्यवसाय होता है वहां झाडिय़ां नहीं है।

धोरों में कैम्प का बढ़ता चलन

रेत के धोरों में कैम्प का चलन तेजी से बढ़ रह है। राजस्थान पहुंचने वाले अनेक पर्यटक अपनी यादगार शाम और रातें इन धोरों में बिताना पसन्द करते हैं। इन धोरों पर विभिन्न इवेन्ट्स की व्यवस्था बड़ी ट्रेवल कम्पनियों के माध्यम से की जाती है। ये कम्पनियां गाइड और एजेन्टस के माध्यम से पर्यटकों को धोरों में आयोजित होने वाले कार्यक्रमों में शामिल करवाती है। होटलों और पर्यटन व्यवसाइयों द्वारा डायरेक्ट बुकिंग भी की जाती है। यह बुकिंग एक दिन, तीन दिन या सात दिन की होती है। यहां पर्यटन से जुड़ी कम्पनियों द्वारा लोक संगीत, कैम्प फायर, डीजे पार्टी आदि का आयोजन किया जाता है। 

     जैसलमेर में जिला मुख्यालय से 40 से 48 किलोमीटर दूर खुहड़ी और सम के धोरे हैं। पीले सुनहरी मिट्टी के धोरों पर शाम बिताने का मजा ही कुछ और है। यहां पहुंचने वाले पर्यटक स्वयं को प्रकृति के नजदीक महसूस करते हैं। इसी तरह बीकानेर में अनेक धोरे हैं  जो कि 8 से 50 किलोमीटर के दायरे में  फैले हुए हैं। इनमें बजरंग धोरा 8 किलोमीटर, बालकिया धोरा 15 किमी, रायसर १६ किमी, रासीसर देशनोक 30 किमी, लाडेरा 45  कतरियासर 48 किमी आदि धोरे प्रमुख है। हालांकि पर्यटन संबंधी गतिविधियों का आयोजन केवल  रायसर, लाडेरा, रासीसर, पिथरासर में ही अधिक होता है। जोधपुर के ओसियां में भी पर्यटन से जुड़ी गतिविधियां होती है। वर्तमान में पर्यटक धोरों पर होने वाले कार्यक्रमों में तो शामिल होते ही हैं वहां कुछ दिनों के लिए ठहराव करने की चाह रखते हैं।

पर्यटन मेले और धोरे

राजस्थान में अनेक पर्यटन मेलों का आयोजन इन धोरों पर किया जाता है। राजस्थान सरकार के पर्यटन विभाग की ओर से विभिन्न मेले इन रेत के समन्दर में आयोजन होते हैं। इनमें जैसलमेर का डेजर्ट फेस्टिवल, बीकानेर का कैमल फेस्टिवल आदि शामिल हैं। रेत के धोरों पर होने वाले विभिन्न कार्यक्रमों की वजह से राजस्थान का नाम विश्व पर्यटन मानचित्र में शामिल है। इन धोरों पर राजस्थान के लोक कलाकारों के वाद्ययंत्र और उनकी गायकी पर्यटकों को मंत्रमुग्ध कर देती है। इसके अलावा धोरों पर ऊंट, घोड़ों से जुड़ी अनेक प्रतियोगिताओं का भी आयोजन होता है।

फिल्मों में भी लोकप्रिय

रेत की मिट्टी से बने इन धोरों पर अनेक बॉलीवुड फिल्मों की शूटिंग हो चुकी है जो अपने समय में हिट रही। राजस्थान में रेत के समन्दर में जिन हिन्दी फिल्मों की शूटिंग हुई उनमें रेशमा और शेरा, सेहरा, लैला मजनूं, रजिया सुल्तान, गदर, एकलव्य, बॉर्डर, सोल्जर, सौतन सहित अनेक फिल्में शामिल है। राजस्थान में दूर तक फैले ये धोरे कैसे अस्तित्व में आए? इसका जवाब है यहां किसी समय में टेथिस महासागर हुआ करता था, वैज्ञानिकों के अनुसार कालान्तर में यह सूख गया और इसके स्थान पर धोरे अस्तित्व में आ गए।
