The name Goa is a thrill. Here is a different world where fun and food is at its peak. Many countries of the world as well as tourists from different states of India have a dream. That dream is to spend a few days in Goa. It is also said about Goa - Between Goa or Goa Inn Beach.

    

       Well my friends - Corona also has an impact in this famous tourist destination of the world. Tourism is gradually opening up in the world. We all know that the beauty of Goa is well known. Along with the foreign tourists coming to India, there is a gathering of native tourists here. Recently was World Tourism Day. Every year, Goa has a wide range of programs on this day, but this time there was nothing like it. The corona virus caused havoc here as well. Also listened to Goa. The same situation happened in hotels and restaurants here. However, things are slowly improving now. Goa has been opened for tourists. However, the number of tourists is still small. Corona is also feared.

New Guidelines for Tourists

In the Corona period, the tourist is giving preference to Goa in its travel destinations. In view of the improvement in the conditions in Goa, the State Government has issued new guidelines for tourists. Which have been made mandatory to follow. If you are going to Goa, then this new guide lines will have to be compulsorily followed so that the infection does not spread there. Now in the changing times, every tourist also has the responsibility to follow the Corona Guide Lines with integrity. If he does not do so, he will infect many people and the government in Goa will have to take tough measures. It is mandatory for the tourist coming here to stay in the mobile health. It is important that your health is also confirmed in the Arogya Setu.

Corona negative certificate required

 

It is necessary for those arriving in Goa to wear masks. It has been made mandatory here. Apart from this, tourists are advised to keep gloves, sanitizers etc. with them. Not only this, tourists coming here also have to follow physical distance. If you do not follow it then action can be taken against you. Tourists arriving in Goa will also have to show the Corona Negative Certificate. In this also, it is necessary that the corona negative certificate is not outdated. That is, only the certificate from 4 hours ago is valid. If a tourist does not have a Corona Negative Certificate, he will not be allowed to enter Goa. That tourist will be sent back to his country or state.

Corona test required

Entrance to Goa is by air and road. On the way, his corona test will be done. If any positive is found, it will be stopped there and sent to its country or it can be quarantined. He will be allowed to proceed only if his report is negative. Apart from this, admission will be given only in hotels certified by the Tourism Department of Goa State. Admission will be on the basis of booking only. Staying with no acquaintance or relative is not allowed. So if you have made up your mind to go to Goa then you have to follow the Corona Guide Lines.

गोवा का नाम लेते ही एक रोमांच का अनुभव होता है। यहां एक अलग ही दुनिया है जहां मौज-मस्ती और खाना-पीना सब चरम पर होता है। विश्व के अनेक देशों के साथ-साथ भारत के विभिन्न राज्यों के सैलानियों का एक सपना होता है। वह सपना यह है कि गोवा में कुछ दिन बिताएं। गोवा के बारे में यह भी कहा जाता है कि -बीच इन गोवा या गोवा इन बीच। 

    खैर मेरे मित्रों -कोरोना का असर इस विश्व के नामचीन पर्यटन स्थल में भी है। विश्व में पर्यटन धीरे-धीरे खुल रहा है। हम सभी जानते हैं कि गोवा की खूबसूरती जगजाहिर है। भारत आने वाले विदेशी सैलानियों के साथ-साथ देशी सैलानियों का यहां जमावड़ा रहता है। हाल ही में विश्व पर्यटन दिवस था। प्रत्येक साल गोवा में व्यापक स्तर पर इस दिन कार्यक्रम होते हैं, लेकिन इस बार ऐसा कुछ भी नहीं था। कोरोना वायरस कहर के चलते यहां भी सन्नाटा पसरा रहा। गोवा के बीच भी सूने रहे। यही हालात यहां की होटलों व रेस्टोरेन्टस में रहा। हालांकि अब धीरे-धीरे स्थितियां सुधर रही है। सैलानियों के लिए गोवा को खोल दिया गया है। हालांकि अभी भी पर्यटकों की संख्या कम ही है। कोरोना का भी डर है।  

पर्यटकों के लिए नई गाइडलाइन्स

कोरोना काल में पर्यटक अपने भ्रमण गंतव्य स्थलों में गोवा को तरजीह दे रहा है। गोवा में स्थितियों में सुधार को देखते हुए राज्य सरकार ने पर्यटकों के लिए नई गाइडलाइंस जारी की है। जिनका पालन करना अनिवार्य कर दिया गया है। यदि आप गोवा जा रहे हैं तो इस नई गाइड लाइन्स का पालन अनिवार्यता के साथ करना होगा, जिससे कि वहां संक्रमण न फैले। अब बदलते समय में प्रत्येक पर्यटक की भी यह जिम्मेदारी बनती है कि वह कोरोना गाइड लाइन्स का ईमानदारी के साथ पालन करें। यदि वह ऐसा नहीं करता है तो वह अनेक लोगों को संक्रमित करेगा और गोवा में सरकार को कड़े कदम उठाने पड़ेंगे। यहां आने वाले पर्यटक के मोबाइल में आरोग्य सेतु रहना अनिवार्य है। यह जरूरी है कि आरोग्य सेतु में आपके स्वस्थ होने की भी पुष्टि हो।

कोरोना निगेटिव सर्टिफिकेट जरूरी

 

गोवा पहुंचने वालों के लिए यह जरूरी है कि वह मास्क पहने। इसे यहां अनिवार्य किया गया है। इसके अलावा पर्यटक को अपने साथ दस्ताने, सैनिटाइजऱ आदि रखने की सलाह दी गई है। यही नहीं यहां आने वाले पर्यटकों को  शारीरिक दूरी का भी पालन करना होगा। यदि आप इसका पालन नहीं करते हैं तो आपके खिलाफ कार्रवाई हो सकती है। गोवा पहुंचने वाले पर्यटकों को कोरोना निगेटिव सॢटफिकेट भी दिखाना होगा। इसमें भी यह जरूरी है कि कोरोना निगेटिव सर्टिफिकेट पुराना न हो। यानि कि केवल ४८ घण्टे पहले का ही सॢटफिकेट ही मान्य है। किसी सैलानी के पास कोरोना निगेटिव सॢटफिकेट नहीं है तो उसे गोवा में प्रवेश करने की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी। उस पर्यटक को वापस उसके देश या राज्य भेज दिया जाएगा।

कोरोना टेस्ट जरूरी

गोवा में प्रवेश वायु मार्ग और सड़क से होता है। रास्ते में उसका कोरोना टेस्ट किया जाएगा। यदि कोई भी पॉजीटिव पाया जाता है तो उसे वहीं रोक दिया जाएगा और उसके देश भेज दिया जाएगा अथवा उसे क्वारंटीन किया जा सकता है। उसकी रिपोर्ट निगेटिव होने पर ही उसे आगे जाने दिया जाएगा। इसके अलावा गोवा राज्य के पर्यटन विभाग द्वारा प्रमाणित होटलों में ही प्रवेश दिया जाएगा। बुकिंग के आधार पर ही प्रवेश होगा। किसी जान-पहचान या रिश्तेदार के यहां ठहराव की अनुमति नहीं है। इसलिए आप गोवा जाने का मन बना चुके हैं तो कोरोना गाइड लाइन्स का आपको पालन करना होगा।
