World Tourism Day offers Corona

For the first time in history, neither the drums nor any tourists were welcomed. Today is a historic day in the tourism history of Rajasthan. This was the first time that there was no program on Tourism Day. Everything went up to Corona.

However, on the occasion of World Tourism Day, various activities were organized under joint aegis of District Administration and Tourism Department of major tourism districts of Rajasthan. 

        The first time there was no tourists' group in Rajasthan. Jaipur, Jodhpur, Pushkar, Jaisalmer, Udaipur, Bikaner and other districts do not have any tourist far. Even after this, special sanitation program was organized by the department to make the city more beautiful to attract tourists. Archaeological, religious and historical tourist sites of many districts were cleaned and conveyed cleanliness.

        The event was held at the Elephant gaon in Jaipur, although there was silence even without the tourists. The same situation was seen in Jodhpur and Jaisalmer and Bikaner. In Jaipur, Amer Fort Drive from Jalmahal to Elephant gaon . In Bikaner, various places including Junagadh, Government Ganga Museum, Raj Ratan Bihari Temple Complex, Tourist Service Center Campus were cleaned. In Shramdan program, special support was provided by Tourism Officers.

        This year, no mass program was organized in view of prevention of corona infection and enforcement of Section 144. Symbolically, an attempt was made to convey a message to the common man to keep his city clean and clean through a cleanliness drive. A webinar was also organized on the occasion of World Tourism Day in which the New Tourism Policy 2020, Tourism Unit Policy 2015, Rajasthan Investment Promotion Scheme 2019 were discussed in detail. In the webinar, departmental officers and hotel industry representatives were also associated with Churu, Hanumangarh and Sri Ganganagar. In Bikaner, on the Tourism Day, programs are held every year in addition to Junagadh Fort. But this time there was silence.

 

विश्व पर्यटन दिवस चढ़ा कोरोना की भेंट

इतिहास में पहली बार सन्नाटा न तो कोई ढोल बजा और ना ही किसी सैलानी का स्वागत हुआ। राजस्थान के पर्यटन इतिहास का आज ऐतिहासिक दिन रहा। यह पहली बार हुआ जब पर्यटन दिवस पर कोई कार्यक्रम नहीं हुआ। सभी कुछ कोरोना की भेंट चढ़ गया। हालांकि विश्व पर्यटन दिवस के अवसर पर राजस्थान के प्रमुख पर्यटन जिलों के जिला प्रशासन और पर्यटन विभाग के संयुक्त तत्वावधान में विभिन्न गतिविधियां आयोजित कर खानापूर्ति की गई।

        पहली बार हुआ जब कोई पर्यटकों का गु्रप  नहीं दिखा। राजस्थान के जयपुर, जोधपुर, पुष्कर, जैसलमेर, उदयपुर, बीकानेर सहित अन्य जिलों में दूर तक कोई पर्यटक नहीं है। इसके बाद भी पर्यटकों को आकर्षित करने के लिए शहर को और सुंदर बनाए रखने के लिए विभाग द्वारा विशेष स्वच्छता कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया गया। अनेक जिलों के पुरातात्विक, धार्मिक और ऐतिहासिक पर्यटक स्थलों की सफाई कर स्वच्छता कर संदेश दिया गया। जयपुर में हाथी गांव में आयोजन हुआ हालांकि पर्यटकों के बगैर वहां भी सन्नाटा पसरा रहा। यही हालात जोधपुर व जैसलमेर और बीकानेर में दिखे। 

          जयपुर में  जलमहल से हाथी गांव तक वाया आमेर फोर्ट ड्राइव निकाली गई। वहीं बीकानेर में जूनागढ़, राजकीय गंगा संग्रहालय, राज रतन बिहारी मंदिर परिसर पर्यटक सेवा केंद्र परिसर सहित विभिन्न स्थानों की साफ सफाई की गई। श्रमदान कार्यक्रम में पर्यटन अधिकारी  का विशेष सहयोग रहा। इस वर्ष कोरोना संक्रमण से बचाव और धारा 144 लागू होने के मद्देनजर किसी सामूहिक कार्यक्रम का आयोजन नहीं किया गया। प्रतीकात्मक रूप से सफाई अभियान के माध्यम से आमजन में अपने शहर को साफ सुथरा रखने का संदेश देने का प्रयास किया गया।

         विश्व पर्यटन दिवस के अवसर पर एक  वेबीनार का आयोजन भी किया गया जिसमें नवीन पर्यटन नीति 2020, पर्यटन इकाई नीति 2015, राजस्थान निवेश प्रोत्साहन योजना 2019 पर विस्तार से चर्चा की गई। वेबीनार में चूरू, हनुमानगढ़ और श्री गंगानगर से भी विभागीय अधिकारी और होटल इंडस्ट्री के प्रतिनिधि जुड़े। बीकानेर में पर्यटन दिवस पर प्रतिवर्ष जूनागढ़ फोर्ट के अलावा विभिन्न स्थानों पर कार्यक्रम होते है। लेकिन इस बार सन्नाटा रहा।
