In many countries of Europe, the magic of Rajasthani music speaks head on. People of Rajasthani musical instruments are also crazy. In this way, many artists of Rajasthan have made a mark in many countries including America, but the talk of one group of Rajasthan is unique.

        The artists included in this group forced many times to travel in countries like Spain, Italy, France, Germany etc. The name of this group of Rajasthan is Barmer Boys. The group has worked with legendary composer AR Rahman- oscar awardee, ranging from coke studio performances. I met Rais Khan of this group several times during my visit to Jaisalmer. This group has given performance in small village to America. Rais Khan states that he inherited music. 

       Rais says than he is mangniyaar. His village is Harbha, Post Kapuria in Fatehgarh Tehsil Jaisalmer District. Barmer Boys Group has a confluence of activities like Morchung, Khadtal, Beatboxing etc. Our song is Pir Jalni, apart from this Ranjha Ranjha became very popular.

        He told than 200 programs have been held outside India. The countries where the presentation took place include more than 2 dozen cities including Australia, Germany, Spain, UK, Austria, Sweden, France apart from America. Wherever he went, he got a lot of love and respect.

यूरोप में छा गए राजस्थानी छोरे

यूरोप के अनेक देशों में राजस्थानी संगीत का जादू सिर चढ़कर बोलता है। राजस्थानी वाद्य यंत्रों के भी लोग दीवाने है। ऐसे तो राजस्थान के अनेक कलाकारों ने अमेरिका सहित अनेक देशों में छाप छोड़ी है, लेकिन राजस्थान के एक ग्रुप की बात ही निराली है। इस ग्रुप में शामिल कलाकारों ने अनेक बार स्पेन, इटली, फ्रांस, जर्मनी आदि देशों में झूमने के लिए मजबूर कर दिया। राजस्थान के इस ग्रुप का नाम है बाड़मेर बॉयज। इस ग्रुप ने कोक स्टूडियो प्रस्तुति देने से लेकर महान संगीतकार  ए आर रहमान के साथ काम किया है।

छोटे से गाँव से अमेरिका तक

जैसलमेर यात्रा के दौरान मेरी मुलाकात इस ग्रुप के राइस खान से कई बार हुई। राइस खान बताते है कि संगीत उन्हें विरासत में मिला। उनका गाँव हरभा, पोस्ट कापुरिया है जो कि फतेहगढ़ तहसील जैसलमेर जिले में है। बाड़मेर बॉयज ग्रुप में मोरचंग, खड़ताल, बीटबॉक्सिंग आदि वाधयंत्रो का संगम है। 

       हमारा गाना राँझा राँझा खूब लोक प्रिय हुआ। भारत से बाहर 200 कार्यक्रम हो चुके। जिन देशों में प्रस्तुति हुई उनमे अमेरिका के अलावा ऑस्ट्रेलिया, जर्मनी, स्पेन, यूके, ऑस्ट्रिया, स्वीडन, फ्रांस सहित 2 दर्जन से अधिक शहर शामिल है। जहाँ भी गए वहां भरपूर प्यार सम्मान मिला।
