        Despite being used for camel carts and load carrying, etc., it proves to be costly in the economic era. Due to this, the trend of keeping tractors has increased. According to experts, new destinations are coming into existence for Camel Safari in Bikaner, but the number of camels for safari is coming down. Tourists experience the adventure The tourists arriving in Bikaner experience the adventure by traveling far away from the Camel Safari. It is nice to travel slowly on camels on sand docks away from urban tumult.

  

         Camel safaris also last from two hours to one day, two days and seven days. Many tourists from Bikaner have safari to Jaisalmer. It can be reached in seven days by measuring the raw routes and docks located between Bikaner to Jaisalmer. In recent years, the countries whose tourists had safari between Bikaner to Jaisalmer include tourists from France, Australia etc. The tourism businessman is also concerned about the dwindling number of camels concerned, not only the scientists and officials of the country, but also the tourism businessmen.

बीकानेर। राजस्थान में फैले रेत के समन्दर में कैमल सफारी के लिए पहुंचने वाले सैलानियों को निकट भविष्य में निराशा हाथ लग सकती है। इसकी वजह है गांवों में रेगिस्तान के जहाज यानि ऊंटों की संख्या में तेजी से गिरावट। जोधपुर,  पुष्कर, जैसलमेर व बीकानेर में कैमल सफारी के लिए बड़ी संख्या में विदेशी सैलानी पहुंचते हैं। बीकानेर में पिथरासर, रासीसर, रायसर आदि प्रमुख कैमल सफारी डेस्टिनेशन है वहीं जैसलमेर में खुड़ी व सम के धोरे कैमल सफारी के लिए जाने जाते हैं जोधपुर में ओसियां व डाबड़ी आदि स्थानों पर सफारी होती है। 

यह है कारण

दरअसल लगातार बढ़ रहे मशीनीकरण का असर न केवल खेतों में देखा जा रहा है बल्कि गांवों में भी है जिन घरोंं में प्रमुखता से ऊंट पालन होता था वहीं वर्तमान में ट्रैक्टर आदि का इस्तेमाल किया जा रहा है। सफारी के लिए ऊंट आसानी से उपलब्ध नहीं हो रहे। इसके अलावा पर्यटन सीजन में ही अधिक सफारी करवाई जाती है वर्ष के शेष दिनों में ऊंट ही अपने मालिक पर बोझा बन जाता है। ऊंट गाड़े व बोझ ढोने आदि कार्यों में लगाए जाने के बावजूद यह आर्थिक युग में  महंगा साबित होता है। इसके चलते ट्रैक्टर रखने का चलन अधिक बढ़ा है। जानकारों की मानें तो बीकानेर में कैमल सफारी के लिए नए डेस्टिनेशन्स तो अस्तित्व में आ रहे हैं, लेकिन सफारी के लिए ऊंटों की संख्या में कमी आ रही है।

रोमांच अनुभव करते हैं सैलानी

बीकानेर में पहुंचने वाले सैलानी कैमल सफारी से दूर तक फैले रेते के धोरों पर यात्रा कर रोमांच अनुभव करते हैं। शहरी कोलाहल से दूर रेत के धोरों पर धीरे-धीरे ऊंटों पर यात्रा करना अच्छा लगता है। कैमल सफारी भी दो घण्टे से लेकर एक दिन, दो दिन तथा सात दिन तक की होती है। बीकानेर से अनेक सैलानी जैसलमेर तक की सफारी कर चुके हैं। बीकानेर से जैसलमेर के बीच स्थित कच्चे मार्ग व धोरों को नापते हुए सात दिन में पहुंचा जा सकता है। हाल ही के वर्षों में जिन देशों के सैलानियों ने बीकानेर से जैसलमेर के बीच सफारी की थी उनमें फ्रांस, ऑस्ट्रेलिया आदि देशों के सैलानी शामिल है।

पर्यटन व्यवसायी भी चिन्तित

ऊंटों की घटती संख्या के प्रति न केवल देश के वैज्ञानिक व अधिकारी चिन्तित है, बल्कि पर्यटन व्यवसायी चिन्तित है। ऊंटों की कमी के चलते ऊंट पालक भी कैमल सफारी के लिए दर बढ़ा रहे हैं। पहले दो घण्टे की सफारी के लिए जो पालक तीन सौ रुपए तक लेता था, वही वर्तमान में डेढ़ से दो गुना तक ले रहा है। इसके अलावा सर्वाधिक समस्या तब होती है जब गु्रप में सैलानी पहुंचकर सफारी करते हैं। बीकानेर में जहां भी कैमल सफारी होती है वहां ऊंटों की पहले से बुकिंग रहती है।
