Camel Festival in Bikaner has been historic, innovation

The camel festival was organized from 13 to 15 January 2023 in Bikaner, the land of sandy dunes and the city of camels. This time many innovations took place in Bikaner and many shares were also added. In this carnival along with night tourism in Bikaner attracted the attention of foreign tourists. Dunes joined after 10 years

The special thing about the festival is that after 10 years it is being organized on the beautiful earthen dunes of Bikaner. The year 2012 was the last time Ladera's dunes were organized. This time camel race, camel dance and other promotions were done on the  dunes of Raiser. The special thing happening here is that the stage made for the artists was selected near the huge sandy dunes. At this distance, the tourists not only enjoyed the domestic and foreign programmes, but also saw the rural natural scene of Raiser from close quarters. On the first day a carnival was organized in Bikaner in which artists from different states of India participated. For the first time, his shivering dummy was also included in the procession along with the camel. On the second day, on 14 January, a camel competition was held in the campus of India's only National Enterprise Research Center.

Indian bride and groom became foreign tourists

On the third day, on January 15, day-long competitions were held at Raiser. These women and men wrestling, hunting among foreign tourists also attractive in marriage in the manner of Indian Rajasthani unemployed of men and women. बीकानेर में कैमल फेस्टिवल रहा ऐतिहासिक, पर्यटन में नवाचार 

धोरों की धरती व ऊंटों वाले शहर बीकानेर में ऊँट उत्सव का आयोजन 13 से 15 जनवरी 2023 तक हुआ। इस बार बीकानेर में अनेक नवाचार हुए तो कई संभावनाएं भी जुड़ी। इसमें बीकानेर में नाईट टूरिज्म के साथ कार्निवाल ने देशी व विदेशी पर्यटकों का ध्यान अपनी और खींचा। इंग्लैंड की लिसा की बात मानें तो उत्सव के दौरान रात्रिकालीन आयोजन पहली बार देखा। बीकानेर के दम्माणी चौक, कोचरों के चौक आदि स्थानों पर ऐसा लगा कि लाइव म्यूजियम में आ गए है। पुराने मकान व हवेलियां, रात की लाइट में दमकता हैरिटेज, ऐतिहासिक पाटों के पास सजे-धजे ऊँट, परंपरागत तरीके से तैयार होते केसर युक्त कुल्हड़ दूध, घरों के आगे बैठी महिलाएं आदि ऐसा लगा जैसे कि कोई ऐतिहासिक पुराने शहर के बारे में लिखी किताब के पात्र जीवंत हो उठे हो। ऐसे ही कुछ विचार अन्य पर्यटकों के भी उत्सव के दौरान रहे। 

सुनहरे धोरे 10 साल बाद जुड़े 

उत्सव की खास बात यह रही कि 10 वर्ष के बाद बीकानेर के खूबसूरत मिट्टी के धोरों पर आयोजन हुए। वर्ष 2012 में अंतिम बार लाडेरा के सुनहरे धोरों पर आयोजन हुआ था। इस बार रायसर के मिट्टी के ड्यून्स पर ऊँट दौड़, ऊँट नृत्य सहित अन्य मुकाबले हुए। यहां भी खास बात यह रही कि कलाकारों के लिए बनाए गए स्टेज का चयन मिट्टी के विशाल धोरे के पास किया गया। इस दूर तक फैले धोरे पर देशी व विदेशी पर्यटकों ने न केवल कार्यक्रमों का लुत्फ उठाया बल्कि रायसर के ग्रामीण प्राकृतिक नज़ारे को नजदीक से देखा। पहले दिन बीकानेर में कार्निवाल का आयोजन हुआ जिसमें भारत के विभिन्न राज्यों से कलाकार शामिल हुए। पहली बार ऊँट के साथ उनकी नकली डमी को भी शोभायात्रा में शामिल किया गया। दूसरे दिन 14 जनवरी को भारत के एकमात्र राष्ट्रीय उष्ट्र अनुसंधान केंद्र के परिसर मैदान में ऊंटों की प्रतियोगिताएं हुई।

विदेशी पर्यटक बने भारतीय दूल्हा-दुल्हन

तीसरे दिन 15 जनवरी को रायसर में दिनभर प्रतियोगिताएं हुई। इनमें महिलाओं व पुरुषों की कुश्ती, कबड्डी के अलावा विदेशी पर्यटक पुरुष व महिला का भारतीय राजस्थानी परम्परागत तरीके से विवाह भी आकर्षण में रहा। पर्यटन विभाग के अधिकारियों ने इस उत्सव को यादगार बनाने में कोई कोर कसर नहीं छोड़ी।

Camel faestival 2023: january 13 to 15 in bikaner

Bikaneri doors, grand palaces and forts

Along with the Bikaneri historical, grand palaces and forts have been added to it. In this, on January 13, from 2 to 6 pm, there will be a grand carnival from Hotel Lakshmi Niwas palace to Junagarh Fort. Artists from different states of India will participate in this. Presentation of artists with Rammat, Gangaur Ghoomar and musical instruments at Dammani Chowk, Dhaddha and Kochar Chowk from 6 pm to 10 pm. On January 14, camel-based competitions are held in the grounds of the National Research Center on Camel. Event for the title of Mr. Bikana and Miss Marwan at Dr. Karni Singh Stadium in the evening on the same day. Cultural Sanghya has been organized by folk artists from 7 pm. January 15 will be dedicated to rural tourism. There will be programs from 9 am to 10 pm on the sandy dunes of Raiser. 

There will be many competitions on camels and horses. Many events have been organized including hot balloon, fire dance. The Deputy Director told that the media has played a special role in the recognition of this festival at the international level. Special arrangements are being made by the department in the festival.

ऊँट उत्सव 2023

ऊँट उत्सव को यादगार बनाने के लिए पर्यटन विभाग ने इस बार अनेक नवाचार किये हैं। बीकानेर के लोगों को अधिक से अधिक जोड़ने के साथ अनेक उन स्थलों को भी शामिल किया है जो बीकानेरी रंगत के लिए जाने जाते हैं। 

बीकानेरी पाटों के साथ ही भव्य महल व किलों को इससे जोड़ा गया है।इनमें 13 जनवरी को 2 से 6 बजे तक होटल लक्ष्मीनिवास से जूनागढ़ क़िले तक भव्य कार्निवल होगा। इसमें भारत के विभिन्न राज्यो से कलाकार शामिल होंगे। शाम 6 से रात 10 बजे दम्माणी चौक, ढड्ढा व कोचर चौक में रम्मत, गणगौर घूमर व वाद्य यंत्रों के साथ कलाकारो की प्रस्तुति।

 14 जनवरी को राष्ट्रीय उष्ट्र अनुसंधान केंद्र के मैदान में ऊँट पर आधारित प्रतियोगिताएं है। इसी दिन शाम को डॉ करणी सिंह स्टेडियम में मिस्टर बीकाणा व मिस मरवन खिताब के लिए आयोजन। रात 7 बजे से लोक कलाकारों द्वारा सांस्कृतिक संघ्या रखी गई है। 

15 जनवरी का दिन रूरल टूरिज्म के नाम रहेगा। रायसर के धोरों पर सुबह 9 बजे से रात 10 बजे तक कार्यक्रम होंगे। इसमें ऊँट व घोड़ो पर अनेक प्रतियोगिताएं होगी। हॉट बलून, अग्नि नृत्य सहित अनेक आयोजन रखे गए हैं। ANIL RATHORE उपनिदेशक ने बताया कि इस उत्सव की अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर पहचान में मीडिया का विशेष सहयोग रहा है। उत्सव में विभाग द्वारा खास इंतजाम किए जा रहे है।

Interesting facts

This train is famous here as Ghoda or horse train and runs between Buchiana to Gangapur, two villages of Jaranwala tehsil. There is also an interesting story of running the train. In the Firangi Empire, he had an important responsibility for the development of Punjab, especially the area around Lahore. At that time, in the year 1890, he took the trouble to modernize agriculture and for this, he ordered a pump to extract water from the canal flowing in Gangapur for irrigation. The distance from Lahore to Buchiana railway station is about 101 km and the pump was to be taken from Lahore to Gangapur.

Why this start again?

The nearest railway station from Gangapur was Buchiana at that time. There was no means to carry such a heavy pump from Buchiana to Gangapur and the distance between Buchiana to Gangapur was three kilometers, then Sir Gangaram ordered the laying of a special track to accomplish this task. A trolley was installed for this and a horse was harnessed to pull this trolley. At that time Sir Gangaram's dream came true and the pump reached Gangapur village, but after that this horse train became the lifeline of the people of Gangapur and surrounding areas. Went. The horse train journey, which started in 1898, continues unabated even today in this modern eraand passengers are enjoying it while being jealous of their heritage. One horse is harnessed in this train and at one time 15 people can travel by sitting in this train. At one time in 1993, the operation of this train was stopped due to theft of some parts of the track and other technical problems. After that the train could not run for 17 years. After this, in 2010, considering the wishes of the villagers, it was decided to rejuvenate this heritage of the bygone era. Again the local administration and the villagers decided to get it back on track and arranged funds for it. The Faisalabad administration gave Rs 33 lakh, the municipality of Jaranwala tehsil Rs 40,000 and the villagers of Gangapur Rs 17 lakh to get the train running again. In this way, the horse train once again started running on the track. Apart from this, Sir Gangaram got many grand buildings constructed in Lahore and surrounding areas, including famous buildings like Lahore Museum, Atchison College, Mayo College, Lahore High Court, Lahore Post Office. is included. That is, the credit for giving a modern look to the city of Lahore built by the Mughals is given to Sir Gangaram.

घोड़ा ट्रेन पाकिस्तान

आज भी एक गांव में ट्रेन और घोड़े का अजीबोगरीब मेल देखने को मिलता है. पाकिस्तान में एक जगह ऐसी भी है जहां ट्रेन में इंजन की जगह घोड़े का इस्तेमाल किया जाता है और घोड़ा ट्रेन को खींचकर यात्रियों को उनकी मंजिल तक ले जाता है. यात्रियों के सफर की ये हैरतअंगेज कहानी पाकिस्तान के फैसलाबाद जिले की जरनवाल तहसील की है. जहां सौ साल से भी ज्यादा समय से ट्रेन को घोड़े से चलाया जा रहा है। यह ट्रेन यहाँ घोडा ट्रेन के नाम से प्रसिद्ध है और बुचियाना से गंगापुर, जरनवाला तहसील के दो गाँवों के बीच चलती है। ट्रेन चलने की भी एक दिलचस्प कहानी है। आगे की सोच रखने वाले इंजीनियर सर गंगाराम उस समय अविभाजित पंजाब में रहते थे। फिरंगी साम्राज्य में पंजाब, विशेषकर लाहौर के आसपास के क्षेत्र के विकास के लिए उनके पास एक महत्वपूर्ण जिम्मेदारी थी। उस समय सन् 1890 में उन्होंने कृषि को आधुनिक बनाने का बीड़ा उठाया और इसके लिए उन्होंने सिंचाई के लिए गंगापुर में बहने वाली नहर से पानी निकालने के लिए एक पंप का आदेश दिया। लाहौर से बुचियाना रेलवे स्टेशन की दूरी करीब 101 किलोमीटर है और पंप को लाहौर से गंगापुर ले जाना था. गंगापुर से निकटतम रेलवे स्टेशन उस समय बुचियाना था। इतने भारी पंप को बुचियाना से गंगापुर ले जाने का कोई साधन नहीं था और बुचियाना से गंगापुर के बीच की दूरी तीन किलोमीटर थी, तब सर गंगाराम ने इस कार्य को पूरा करने के लिए एक विशेष ट्रैक बनाने का आदेश दिया। इसके लिए एक ट्रॉली लगाई गई और इस ट्रॉली को खींचने के लिए एक घोड़े को बांधा गया। उस समय सर गंगाराम का सपना साकार हुआ और पंप गंगापुर गांव पहुंचा, लेकिन उसके बाद यह घोड़ागाड़ी गंगापुर और आसपास के लोगों की जीवन रेखा बन गई. चला गया। 

यात्रा आज भी है जारी

1898 में शुरू हुई घोड़ा ट्रेन की यात्रा आज भी इस आधुनिक युग में बदस्तूर जारी है और यात्री अपनी विरासत से ईर्ष्या करते हुए इसका लुत्फ उठा रहे हैं। इस ट्रेन में एक घोड़े को बांधा जाता है और एक बार में 15 लोग इस ट्रेन में बैठकर सफर कर सकते हैं. 1993 में एक बार ट्रैक के कुछ हिस्से चोरी होने और अन्य तकनीकी दिक्कतों के चलते इस ट्रेन का परिचालन बंद कर दिया गया था. उसके बाद 17 साल तक ट्रेन नहीं चल सकी। इसके बाद 2010 में ग्रामीणों की इच्छा को देखते हुए बीते युग की इस विरासत को फिर से जीवंत करने का निर्णय लिया गया। फिर स्थानीय प्रशासन व ग्रामीणों ने इसे पटरी पर लाने का निर्णय लिया और इसके लिए धन की व्यवस्था की. फैसलाबाद प्रशासन ने 33 लाख रुपये, जरनवाला तहसील की नगर पालिका ने 40,000 रुपये और गंगापुर के ग्रामीणों ने ट्रेन को फिर से चलाने के लिए 17 लाख रुपये दिए. इस तरह घोड़ागाड़ी एक बार फिर ट्रैक पर दौड़ने लगी। इसके अलावा सर गंगाराम ने लाहौर और आसपास के इलाकों में कई भव्य इमारतों का निर्माण करवाया, जिनमें लाहौर संग्रहालय, एटिसन कॉलेज, मेयो कॉलेज, लाहौर उच्च न्यायालय, लाहौर डाकघर जैसी प्रसिद्ध इमारतें शामिल हैं। शामिल है। अर्थात मुगलों द्वारा निर्मित लाहौर नगर को आधुनिक रूप देने का श्रेय सर गंगाराम को दिया जाता है।

मस्त भोजन व शाही नजारा

यहां का परम्परागत भोजन का खास आकर्षण है। सैलानियों को यह खूब रास आता है। जैसलमेर  की योजना बना रहे पर्यटक राजस्थान के भोजन का रस्सावादन कर सकते हैं। शाकाहारी व मांसाहारी दोनों उपलब्ध है। स्वादिष्ट केर संगरी, रेगिस्तानी सेम और केर जैसलमेर में अद्वितीय है। राजस्थान के किसी भी अन्य रेगिस्तानी शहर की तरह ही जैसलमेर भी शाही किलों, हवेलियों,महलों, संग्रहालयों और मंदिरों के लिए प्रसिद्ध है। जैसलमेर किला, जिसे जैसलमेर की शान के रूप में माना जाता है, गोल्डन सिटी का सबसे प्रसिद्ध पर्यटक आकर्षण है। यहां अस्त होता सूरज इस पीले बलुआ पत्थर के किले को सुनहरे रंग से मंडित कर देता है इसलिए इसे सोनार किला भी कहा गया है। ऐतिहासिक किले में कई द्वार हैं जिन्हें अखाई पोल, हवा पोल, सूरज पोल और गणेश पोल के रूप में जाना जाता है। किले की राजपूत और मुगल स्थापत्य कला की संलयन शैली पर्यटकों का ध्यान आकर्षित करती है। आगंतुक यहाँ विभिन्न शाही महल, सात जैन मंदिरों और कई कुओं को देख सकते हैं। सात जैन मंदिरों में शांतिनाथ मंदिर, चन्द्रप्रभू मंदिर और शीतलनाथ मंदिर सबसे लोकप्रिय धार्मिक स्थल हैं। जैसलमेर किला परिसर के अंदर स्थित महाराजा का पैलेस या जैसलमेर फोर्ट पैलेस संग्रहालय और विरासत केंद्र  शहर के प्रसिद्ध पर्यटक आकर्षण हैं।  चांदी का राज्याभिषेक सिंहासन, बिस्तर, बर्तन, स्थानीय टिकटें, नोटें, और शाही परिवार की मूर्तियां इस महल के मुख्य आकर्षण हैं। जैसलमेर में 180 साल पुराना अकाल लकड़ी का जीवाश्म पार्क भी देखने लायक एक प्रसिद्ध स्थल है। विशाल पेड़ के जीवास्म और प्राचीन समुद्री शंख इस पार्क के मुख्य आकर्षण हैं। पर्यटक हैरियर, बुजर्ड़, धब्बेदार चील और छोटे पंजे वाली चील, गिद्ध, एक प्रकार का छोटा बाज, बड़े बाज और रेत में गुनगुनाने वाले जीव को जैसलमेर के डेजर्ट नेशनल पार्क में देख सकते हैं। यह अनूठा पार्क राजस्थान की लुप्तप्राय राज्य पक्षी, ग्रेट इंडियन बस्टर्ड का प्राकृतिक निवास स्थान है। पार्क की यात्रा करने का सबसे अच्छा समय नवंबर और जनवरी के महीने के बीच का है। 

बेमिसाल स्थापत्य

RUK's media in-charge Dilip Puglia and Indu Baroth said that this year Jeeman took place under the supervision of the coordinators of the program Alok and Ragini Choudhary. लंदन में “जीमण” में राजस्थान की शान

 गोरों की धरती पर धोरों से निकले लोगों की रंगत ने सबका मन मोह लिया। लंदन में RAUK के वार्षिक कार्यक्रम “जीमण” में राजस्थान की शान पचरंगी, बँधेज के साफो में प्रवासी राजस्थानी मेट्यार, वहीं औरतें पारम्परिक आभूषण में थी। बच्चे भी कहाँ पीछे रहने वाले हैं वो भी रंगबिरगें कपडों में सजे धजे घूम रहे थे,उन्हें तो जैसे अपनेपन का खजाना ही मिल गया हो। इस जीमण में पूरे यूके से लगभग 1000 लोगो ने हिस्सा लिया। जिसमे से लोग UK की विभिन्न शहरो से जैसे कि ग्लासगो, एडिनबरा, लीवरपुल, लीड्स, मिल्टन कीज, बरमिंगम, कॉलचेस्टर आदि कई दूरी वाली जगह से भी लोग इपनों से मिलने कार्यक्रम का हिस्सा बनने आये थे।

 राजस्थानी नृत्य व तलवार बाज़ी

कोविड-19 के बाद का जीमण था तो लोग आपस में मिलकर अपने सुख दुख में कटे दिनो के बारे बातें कर मन हल्का कर रहे थे। वहीं नाश्ते में अदरक वाली चाय के साथ कचौरी,समोसे का नाश्ता था । सूत्रधार हरेन्द्र ने बताया कि किस तरह वह अपनी धरोहर इपनी संस्कृति को इस कार्यक्रम के माध्यम से राजस्थानी वर्ग जो अपनी जडों से दूर रह रहें हैं, उन तक पहुँचने का काम कर रहे हैं, उन्हें कहा कि ये हमारा कर्तव्य है कि हमारे बाप दादा ने जो संस्कार हमें दिये हैं वो हम अपने बच्चों तक जरुर पहुँचाये जिससे हमारी संस्कृति हमारी सभ्यता अंनत काल तक प्रगतिशील रहेगी।RAUK की एक और मीडिया प्रभारी पुष्पा चौधरी ने जाकारी दी की प्रोग्राम में चीफ गेस्ट अनिल अग्रवाल, वेदांत ग्रुप के फाउंडर एवंम चैयरमेन, उनकी वाइफ किरण अग्रवाल, संत अभयदास महाराज, संत मोहन  ने शिरकत दी एंवम अपना आषीर्वाद दिया। चीफ गेस्ट अनिल अग्रवाल ने भरोसा दिलाया की वो UK में राजस्थानी लोगो की हर संभव मदद करेंग। उन्होंने ये भी बताया की कैसे वो इस कार्यक्रम में आ कर राजस्थानी सांस्कृतिक परफॉरमेंस देख के खुश हुए।जीमण में आये हुए मेहमान डॉ ॰ मनीष  और डॉ ॰ अर्चना  ने भी अपनी खुशी को व्यक्त करते बताया कि वो 20 साल से यहाँ रह रहे हैं , पर पहली बार वो इस तरह के ठेठ राजस्थानी कार्यक्रम का हिस्सा बने है। अब तो उन्हें हर साल इस तरह के कार्यक्रम का उन्हें इंतज़ार रहेगा वहीं बेरिस्टर ज्योति स्वामी तथा प्रियंका जी नें भी बताया कि उन्हें अपने फ्रेंड्स से इस कार्यक्रम की जानकारी मिली तो वो भी आने से खुद रोक न सकी। वो भी अपनी संस्कृति अपनी मातृभाषा को सुनकर देखकर बेहद खुश हैं ।मंच पर कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत छोटे बच्चों ने तरह तरह की प्रस्तुतियाँ दी। इस बार कार्यक्रम में मंच का संचालन बच्चों ने किया जो एक अलग अंदाज़ रहा। रंग रंगीलो ग्रुप की जोरदार परफॉरमेंस के बाद जब निशाबा जडेजा ने अपनी तलवारबाजी के गुर दिखाए तो लोग अपने दांतो टेल ऊँगली दबाये बैठे रह गए। निशाबा ने ये बताया की तलवार बाज़ी के एक राजपूतानी और बेटी की नज़र से मायने क्या है। वहीं विवेक शर्मा ने बांसुरी वादन से सबका मन मोह लिया। उनके साथ उनकी बेटी ने भी “तेरी लाडकी मै” गाना गा कर सबको भाव विभोर कर दिया। भोजन में भाँति भाँति के पकवानों के साथ लोगों ने जा बातों के कलेवे किये वो साल भर बूस्टर का काम करने वाले होंगे ।

इस कार्यक्रम में मोहन  व मारवाड़ की मिट्टी के संत अभय दास का आशीर्वाद तथा भजन सुनने का सौभाग्य प्राप्त हुआ । साथ ही चीफ गेस्ट के हाथो जीमण की वार्षिक पत्रिका का भी विमोचन हुआ। इस जीमण पत्रिका के लिए RAUK के ऋषि राज सिंह एंवम सृष्टि भाटी ने UK में रहने वाले रके द्वारा लिखे गए आर्टिकल, कविता इत्यादि शामिल किये। सबसे स्पेशल वोलेंटियरिगं टीम द्वारा किया गया राजस्थानी नृत्य था, जिसके लिये वंस मोर वंस मोर की हूटिंग होने लगी थी।

 यह दुनिया भी विचित्रताओं से भरी है। अनूठे मेले औऱ परम्पराओं को उत्साह से निभाया जाता है। यहाँ बात राजस्थान के जोधपुर में होने वाले एक अनूठे मेले की। यहां दुनिया के सबसे अनोखे मेले का आयोजन किया जाता है, जहां पर 16 दिन पूजा करने के बाद सुहागिन महिलाएं अलग-अलग स्वांग रचकर रात में सड़कों पर निकलती हैं, इसे बेंतमार के नाम से भी जाना जाता है. प्रचीन काल से चले आ रहे, इस मेले की खासियत यह है कि भाभी अपने देवर और अन्य कुंवारे युवकों को प्यार से छड़ी मार कर बताती हैं कि यह कुंवारा है. जिसके बाद कुंवारे लड़कों की शादी जल्द हो जाती है।

महिलाओं के पास आने की नहीं हिम्मत

इस मेले के दौरान महिलाओं के पास से गुजरने की हिम्मत नहीं होती, क्योंकि गवर मेले के दौरान पूरा राज महिलाओं का ही चलता है और उनके पास आते ही बेंत पड़ जाती है। इसके अलावा मेले में विभिन्न स्वांग रचती हैं जिसमें कोई काली मां बनती हैं तो कोई शिव-पार्वती, कृष्ण का रुप धारण करती है। कई महिलाएं दाढ़ी एवं मूंछे लगाकर केसरिया सहित अलग अलग रंगे के साफा बांधकर लोगों के आकर्षण का केन्द्र बनी वहीं कई जगहों पर वे नाचते गाते हुए मेले का लुत्फ उठाया।

16 दिन चलता है पूजन

हाल ही में अप्रैल 2022 में मेले आयोजित हुआ। 16 दिन तक धींगा गवर माता का पूजन किया गया। वहीं 16वें दिन पूरी रात महिलाएं घर से बाहर रहती है और अलग-अलग समय में धींगा गवर की आरती करती है. मेले में महिलाएं अलग-अलग स्वांग रच कर पूरी रात शहर में घूमती हैं.धींगा गवर की अनूठी पूजा करने वाली महिलाएं दिन में 12 घंटे निर्जला उपवास करती है

सैंकड़ों वर्षों की परंपरा

563 सालों से यह पूजा चली आ रही है. इसके पीछ यह मान्यता है कि मां पार्वती ने सती होने के बाद जब दूसरा जन्म लिया था तो वो धींगा गवर के रूप में आई थी।व्रत रखने वाली महिलाएं एक समय भोजन करती हैं और माता की पूजा में मीठा का भोग लगाया जाता है. जो महिलाएं यह व्रत रखती है उनके हाथ में एक डोरा बंधा होता है जिसमें कुमकुम से 16 टीके लगाए जाते हैं.
